Age: 21 Months
Neutered: yes
Here is a bio by my foster parent:
Butchy is a 21 month old South African Mastiff. She likes to play in her backyard. She is dog friendly - her size doesn't stop her from playing with even the smallest of dogs. Her best friend is a Yorkie! Due to her size a home without kids and cats would be best. Butchy needs a strong experienced dog owner that can show her how to relax and that she doesn't need to protect the house. She is afraid of strangers in the home - and will need socialization to help ease her fear. Please contact: Trish.misshumanesociety@gmail.com.
Adoption Fee: $450 (3 training sessions included)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Butchy, a Mississauga Bullmastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bullmastiff for sale in Mississauga, or seeking a Bullmastiff dog from a breeder in Mississauga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mississauga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mississauga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bullmastiff breeders who help with Bullmastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mississauga paves the way for another one to be saved.
