Champ's Story...
Isn't Champ adorable! How can you not fall in love with those ears! This big handsome fellow is a 1 year old Staffordshire Terrier mix, rescued by our sister group in Mexico. He is still in the sanctuary in Puerto Vallarta, but we hope to find him a forever home in BC where he will become a beloved family member. We can transport our rescue dogs to Victoria or Vancouver airports. Champ weighs 53 pounds and is neutered, dewormed, and fully vaccinated. He is very sweet and loving towards people, however Champ does not enjoy the company of other dogs or cats, so we are looking for a home where he will be the only pet and get all the attention to himself. If you are interested in adopting Champ, please email info.pvca@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Champ, a Vancouver Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
