This adorable girl was rescued after her previous owner had an "accidental breeding." They didn't fix their two adults dogs in time and a litter of pups came along. They have since been spayed and neutered. Mom was a Maltese and dad was a terrier. Heidi is expected to be about 15 lbs full grown. She is a sweet girl. She can be a little shy at first but just loves to cuddle and be loved.

She is working on house training but will still need additional work. Heidi is spayed, microchipped, dewormed twice, vaccinated twice and treated for fleas and ticks.

If you are interested in giving this girl a forever home, please contact for an adoption application. There is an application, contract, home check and adoption adoption fee required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Heidi, a Los Angeles Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Maltese/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
