This lovely senior Jeanne, was rescued from a house fire in Dania Beach.
Jeannie is a very sweet senior girl who is completely blind. Even though she is blind she is very alert to whoever calls her name. She will keep listening for her name & follow your voice until she finds you. She is the sweetest, lovable & friendliest senior cocker spaniel you will ever meet! We took her on an outing & she was so good. Jeannie deserves a loving forever home so she can live out the rest of her life with love & kindness. She would do great with an elderly person or a household with older children. Jeannie would love to meet you!

PLEASE NOTE: We require all interested parties to come to the shelter to meet the pet, complete an adoption application, and interview with our Director. We do not do same day adoptions or ship animals. For additional information on our adoption policies, visiting hours and directions please go to Abandoned Pet Rescue.

About Abandoned Pet Rescue, Inc.

About Our Shelter...

Abandoned Pet Rescue is a 501 ( c ) (3) IRS tax-exempt, qualified charitable organization that rescues, shelters, and cares for countless abandoned and abused animals and finds them new homes. We have been serving the South Florida community since 1996. Our no-kill animal shelter is located in Ft. Lauderdale, where volunteers of all ages help perform the duties of running the shelter and our operations on a day-to-day basis, creating a mutually beneficial relationship between animals and the community. By conducting neighborhood sweeps, APR helps reduce the pet over population by spaying and neutering feral cats with the use of a mobile veterinary facility.
