Lyndon's Story...
Hi! Lyndon here...I'm the last of the L babies that still needs a furever home. I feel left out, like the bad apple. Pictures don't do my coloring any justice. People think I'm too light and don't want me. Well I'm here to tell you...light is the new dark. I'll be your sunshine on a dark day, the light of your life. I'm a beautiful creamy orange color with some darker orange. Not only am I gorgeous and big ole ray of sunshine but I'm loving and playful too. I can roll with the best of them. I'm a real good kitty too and healthy. My mommy, Loretta, went through great lengths to get all her babies to safety from a storm by carrying all 6 of us, one by one, across a huge field and into someone's open house. I've been in foster care ever since. I just want to love someone and them to love me forever and ever. So....PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE, WITH KITTY KISSES AND HUGS ON TOP OF IT....ADOPT ME. Please share too.
Missing my furever home,
Lyndon

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lyndon, a Evans Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Evans, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Evans.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Evans already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Evans breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Evans paves the way for another one to be saved.
