Honey's Story...
Honey is a sweet energetic 1 year old gorgeous girl. She was originally adopted from our rescue about a year ago, but her owner is unable to keep her anymore. She loves everyone, especially kids. She is good with other dogs and would be good in a family that could give her a lot of time and attention.

Please go to our website and fill out an application
www.northmeckanimalrescue.org

Our adoption fee $195 includes spay/neuter, parvo/distemper series of shots, rabies if dog is old enough, bordatello, heartworm preventative while here, worming, and microchipping.

We appreciate your patience as our volunteer-only team reviews your application and updates our website.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Honey, a Charlotte Cattle Dog/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog/Border Collie for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Cattle Dog/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog/Border Collie breeders who help with Cattle Dog/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
