Facts about Toby

  • Breed: American Shorthair
  • Color: White (Mostly)
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Toby is an adorable, mischievous, frisky male 1.5 year kitty. He loves to play with bell balls and chase the "red dot", in addition to knocking things off the kitchen counter! Toby gets along well with other cats and has a best friend who is a couple of months older. Even though they are not related, they are a "bonded pair" and must be adopted together. Toby was "almost" adopted twice and each time, the divorced mom decided it would be too much trouble having a cat during weekend visitations. Toby has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and seeks a forever home with his best friend. Adopters must complete an adoption application, background check and home visit prior to consideration.

I have personally been rescuing cats since five years old! For several years we cross posted cats on Pets on Death Row (PODR), and have been a foster parent. For almost 15 years we have personally been caring for a feral cat colony strays, abandoned and rescued cats and kittens.

We spay-neuter cats for their health and longevity. We are dedicated to promoting Ethical TNR and Recovery practices.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Please complete the Adopt-a-Pet online inquiry prior to contact, March through November only. Thank you.

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process starts with completion of the application, a brief interview, a full back-ground check, phoning references and veterinary contacts and discussing where the cat will live, how many other animals in the home, type, age of children etc. A home visit is required prior to actual adoption.

We recommend adopting two kittens together.
