Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Woody (aka Shadow) is adjusting very well to our home. He is just as sweet as can be. He makes us smile constantly because he is always just so happy to see us. His tail wags one way and his butt the other. Whether he's just coming in from going potty or when he sees you for the first time in the morning, it's like you made his day just by looking at him. He's not shy about asking for pets and he will fall asleep in your lap if you rub his ears. He is quite the cuddler. He is very content to just lay there by you if you're watching TV or follow you wherever you go. He would be a great companion for a single person, an older person/couple or even a family with kids (he has definitely taken to Matt and needs to know where he is at all times). He gets along great with our dog, most of the time they just do their own thing. He's very quiet - hasn't barked yet. He gets small bursts of energy, but he's happy to just lay around too and in typical retriever fashion, he just wants to be with you. Whoever gives Woody/Shadow his "forever home" will definitely be glad they did.
