Hello! My name is Frieda. I have to admit I'm still shy with people. If I'm in a hidey house and you approach me slowly and start stroking me on my back before you move up to my head, you'll find that I love to be petted around my head and that I will stretch my chin out to be stroked and scratched on every square inch. I have soft fur and a lovely purr; but you'll have to listen carefully to hear it. I can get along with pretty much all cats, but wouldn't mind being the only cat in a house. I would rather not go to a noisy house. I need a chance to decide on my own how much time we will spend with each other.

Our Adoption Process...

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
