Jinx's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Jinx's Story...
Jinx is a precocious little boy, just over a year old. Full of fun and mischief, he would love to be in a home with other dogs, and/or older children (no babies or toddlers recommended because of his size and energy level). His idea of a good time is running after the ball, chasing and playing with other dogs, and then lying down for a long nap afterwards. He is very affectionate, and is equally interested in dogs and humans alike. He is (mostly) housebroken, with only an occasional accident. But he's very smart, and figures things out quickly. He weighs about 7 or 8 pounds, shih tzu mix. He is still young, and his energy level will probably slow down with time and age. He is neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on all vaccines.

This cutie pie won't last long, so please contact foster mom soon to meet this adorable little fur baby!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jinx, a Fallbrook Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Fallbrook, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Fallbrook.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fallbrook already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fallbrook breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fallbrook paves the way for another one to be saved.
