My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ivory, Sadie and Queenie are purebred Pekingese that all lived together and were surrendered to Friendship because their owner was moving. They are very sweet but scared in their new surroundings. Ivory is 8 months old and Sadie is 4 years old. Sadie is missing an eye but it doesn't seem to hinder her in any way. She is the mom of the other 2. Queenie is a year old and is pregnant and won't be available until after her puppies are born. Because of their size and timidness it's best if kids in the family are older. Once they trust you, they are very affectionate, but they all need socialization. They are not trained and will need lots of tender loving care. They use potty pads inside but will potty outside if you take them. They love to be held and carried.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
