Facts about Tinsley, Stunning, Shy Tiffany

  • Breed: Domestic Longhair
  • Color: Black (All)
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: 9958951
  • Hair: Long

Tinsley is a gorgeous Tiffany, with luxurious long hair (once her coat grows back) who is still shy from her harrowing days in a hoarding situation. However. once she gets to know you she loves pets but can only be adopted to someone who is patient and willing to work with her in order to provide a healthy home environment, as opposed to where she was rescued from, a home of serious neglect. She was one of only a few cats who made it out of there, we were able to pull her and her sister from Animal Care and Control before they were to be euthanized. Their hair was so matted that they had to have been in tons of pain every time they moved. They had to be completely shaved but for a little around the head and neck. Her luxurious coat is growing back, but she will need someone willing to groom and take care of her so she never ends up in such bad shape again.

Tinsley has been spayed, tested negative for fiv/felv, microchipped and is ready for a new home.

Thank you for thinking of a rescued angel! Every dime goes to saving the next sweetie on the street!

About Brooklyn Animal Action

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a Brooklyn-based group of volunteers committed to improving the lives of animals in distress by working with our communities. We are dedicated to Trap-Neuter-Release programs, finding homes for adoptable animals, performing community outreach and education, and engaging in advocacy.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Please email us at BrooklynAnimalAction@gmail.com if you are interested in meeting one of our rescued cats.

Our Adoption Process...

Interested adopters can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt one of our animals, they must fill out an adoption application. If that is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for a donation to help us continue our work.
