Monk's Story...
Meet Monk!, Our 2-3yr old male Affenpinscher mix, weighing approx 11 lbs. He is adorable as can be and very sweet and easy going. Originally from a shelter in Idaho where he was reported to show signs of nervousness. Since relocating here, Monk has adjusted well and been a total lap dog. We hope through time and lots of love and spoiling by his forever home, Monk will continue to build his confidence and show what a great dog he truly is!

He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. His adoption fee is $400.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Monk, a Seattle Affenpinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Affenpinscher for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Affenpinscher dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Affenpinscher breeders who help with Affenpinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
