We require that you fill out our Companion Animal Guardian History, (application) provide the names and phone numbers of the animal hospitals you’ve used in the past five years, and have a home visit. We provide you with a photo copy of Samson's and Blossom's medical records. Their adoption fee is $150 each which includes, but is not limited to, spay and neuter, vaccinations, worming, Feline Leukemia/FIV/Heartworm blood test and microchip.
