Meet Cassie, a one year old Maltese mix. She was tied to a tree in rural Miami along with her buddy Sophie … they had a sign that said FREE. Just horrible! And this poor girl was in awful shape with her fur being so matted she had to be shaved completely. Now she is feeling better, bathed, shaved and playing like this young girl should be.
