Sage is an approximately 10 - 11 week old St. Bernard mix who is a big, sleepy girl that's content to play by herself; however some of her litter mates often disrupt her quiet time and encourage her to play. She is curious and brave enough to explore new surroundings, but inevitably will wander back to have a nap on the couch beside you. She is doing fantastic at crate training and is on a good track with house training for a pup of her age.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sage, a Regina St. Bernard/Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Regina, or seeking a St. Bernard/Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Regina.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Regina already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Regina breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with St. Bernard/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Regina paves the way for another one to be saved.
