Facts about Sushi

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Black & White Or Tuxedo
  • Age: Senior
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Sushi is a sweet, but shy little girl, about eleven years old. She has short hair and is black and white, with white paws and bib and a large and interesting tear-drop shaped mark covering one side of her nose and muzzle. It gives her a unique look. Sushi was rescued with a colony of cats that weren’t really feral – just shy stray cats living together. She has been at the sanctuary for several years and doesn’t always get noticed because she doesn’t put herself forward. But she loves to be noticed and petted and is so grateful when she is sought out for attention. Sushi would love to live in a nice home with a caring human friend. She gets along with other kitties – especially other females, so would do okay in a multi-cat household. She would also do well as the only kitty in the house, because she is a calm quiet type and doesn’t need a lot of stimulation.

When you find a companion that is perfect for you, we will ensure that your new pet is spayed/neutered, up to date on all shots and microchipped.

At Brigid's Crossing we take the time to care for the animals until they are safe in their new homes which we believe makes for a healthy and happy transition for all involved.

All of our animals are chipped, spay/neutered and up to date on current shots.
