Daisy's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Daisy's Story...
Daisy was an owner surrender due to moving and when she found herself on death row due to lack of space at the animal shelter, WAAL stepped in to save her life. She's very high energy, and very sweet. She LOVES her tennis balls, and will play fetch for hours. She will need an active person who can take her to the dog park and a fenced yard for lots of exercise. She's working on potty training and is great with other dogs and will most likely be fine with children, especially if they want to throw her ball! We're not sure about cats. Daisy weighs about 19 pounds and is 10 months old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Wichita Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Wichita, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Wichita.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wichita already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wichita breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wichita paves the way for another one to be saved.
