Nice to meet you, I'm Summer! I'm a gorgeous big tortie lady with fluffy soft fur a lot like my Maine Coon cousins, only no fancy papers and way less brushing. I came here with my sister Stormy. I'm the one with the peach stripe on my nose, while Stormy has the pretty black mask.

We came here when our family could no longer care for us because of illness. I'm usually the more confident of the sisters with people, though Stormy is braver with new kitties. I love people and will probably be the one to meet you at the door after a long day, ready to purr your cares away.

At only 6 years old, I have my whole life ahead of me! I still love to play like a kitten whenever you get out the wand toys. I do well with our other new kitty friends as well as with our friend Dinah, who lived with us at our other house.

I haven’t ever been around dogs, but a gentle introduction to a dog who’s had cat experience should help me adjust. You'll have to be extra careful because I was declawed. I’d probably do well with the animals in your home as long as they are mellow and sweet like I am.

I can be adopted for $80, which includes important virus testing, my spay, microchip, vaccinations, food and litter starter kit, a month of free pet insurance and a free vet visit voucher.
