OUR PET MOM HAS DIED - NOW WE NEED A NEW FOREVER HOME.
These 2 beauties are Spring and Ernie. They were my sister Elise's beloved "babies" - together they were a happy family of three. Elise died suddenly in March. Now the home in which they're being cared for must be sold. Somewhere out there is a new forever family for Spring and Ernie where they will be safe, cared for and loved.
These dogs are a wonderful duo. Elise rescued them from separate shelters and they are quite the bonded couple. Ideally, Spring & Ernie will remain together.
Spring is about 7 years old - she is playful & athletic. She is happy in the company of other dogs & is great with people, too.
Ernie is affectionate with people. Although he adores Spring, he cannot be placed with other dogs. Ernie is about 8 years old.
I will provide complete backgrounds to those who are interested. Spring & Ernie Pit Bull mixes and potential fosters or adopters will be screened to insure that Spring & Ernie will be treated with proper loving care.
There is even a Facebook page for Spring and Ernie - please take a look at it for more photos and information on these two sweet dogs.
If you're interested in meeting or finding out more about Spring & Ernie, please contact Renee by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 973-641-0515.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
