Olivia's Story...
Hello there! My name is Olivia. My sister Quinn and I were found outside w/ no mommy and it was super scary!! This really cool lady from St. Francis found us and helped us to get to our new foster home. It is such a relief to be inside and not out in that scary world!! I loooove to play with my sister and the tiny foster hoomans. I'm definitely a cuddle bug and enjoy belly rubs. My foster mommy tells us bedtime stories every night, and at the end of every story is a Happawly Ever After. She says she bets there is a super special family just waiting to meet 2 kittens like Quinn and myself. I can't wait to meet you!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olivia, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
