Ella's Story...
Hi! My name is Ella! I came from an owner that was no longer able to keep me because she had to move back in with her parents so I was surrendered to the nice folks here at Five Points Ferret Refuge. They are very nice to me here and I've been able to play with lots of new friends but I'd really like to move into my furrever home soon!

I'm only 6 months old but I am very sweet and laid back. I enjoy playing with toys, running through tunnels, and chasing my friends. I also enjoy cuddling with the humans and am very lovable. I've been spayed and am up to date on all of my shots.

I'd make a great addition to any home and can't wait to meet you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ella, a Indianapolis Ferret was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ferret for sale in Indianapolis, or seeking a Ferret from a breeder in Indianapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ferret breeders who help with Ferret rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
