LEVI's Story...
Meet Little Levi! This boy is just precious at 3 pounds, despite his bushy long hair that makes him appear larger. Levi came into our rescue with his sister Lark. His mom is about 11 pounds full grown, so it's likely Levi will remain a small pup. Like all rescue puppies, Levi will need basic training and housebreaking. He is energetic, outgoing and very social, and he loves the attention of our rescue staff. He and his sister Lark are paired up and get along just fine. Little Levi is ready for a home of his own.

He is available now, and can be adopted before we arrive at PetSmart in Monroeville, PA on Saturday, May 21st. Please complete an online application, which you can find on our website at No in-store, same day adoptions are available.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LEVI, a Monroeville Shih Tzu/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Monroeville, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Monroeville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Monroeville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Monroeville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Monroeville paves the way for another one to be saved.
