Magdalyn's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Magdalyn's Story...
Magdalyn is still looking for her forever.
Magdalyn is a 2 year old Shepherd mix. She has not had an easy start to life but we promised her better days and we will find them for her! Magdalyn is good with other dogs. She is okay with cats but does try to playfully chase them so she will need a home with dog savvy cats, or one without feline friends. Magdalyn is great with all people but we would prefer her in a home with no one younger than 10. She is very true to the Shepherd side of her. She likes to chase/herd. She likes to be busy and she needs a lot of exercise. Shepherd experience would be preferred with her but we will consider all applicants.
If you have room in your home and heart for Magdalyn, please visit www.because4paws.org and fill out an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Magdalyn, a New Milford Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in New Milford, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in New Milford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Milford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Milford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Milford paves the way for another one to be saved.
