Poor little Rudy was found wandering the city streets dragging a chain. It was nothing short of a miracle that he did not get hit by a car or tangled up in something and choked to death. We tried to find his owners but to no avail. Rudy is pretty small, about 19 pounds He definitely prefers women over men. We guess he may have been abused by a man at some point. He is pretty high energy but loves to cuddle and have his belly rubbed. We estimate him to be around 3 years young He is neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on all of his shots. Adoption fee $400
