Duke's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Duke's Story...
Duke was found on the side of the road, where he was spotted through out the day, never leaving the bar-ditch. April 16th was his first day with us. He has come to show his personality and we LOVE it! He is BIG, bulky, and SWEET! Some of the Volunteers describe him as a big goofy boy, and very friendly!! Duke is less than 2 year old, and weighs a good 70 pounds. He is house trained, kennel trained, and is learning his basic obedience. He is an all around GREAT boy! Duke is vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, and dewormed. His adoption fee is $150.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duke, a Denver City German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Denver City, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Denver City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver City paves the way for another one to be saved.
