My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rose is the SWEETEST 5-6 year old poodle that weighs about 14 pounds. Rose is the LOVE of the foster family household! She is a little girl that will talk a walk around the block and then watch her favorite movie, curled up on the sofa with you. Rose was rescued from a backyard breeder. We believe they were all from a backyard breeder. She was terribly matted. We took her right to the groomer for a "makeover" and she is BEAUTIFUL. Rose lives in a foster home with other dogs and LOVES to run and play with everyone. She is great with puppies. Rose is potty trained.

If you are interested in giving Rose a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

Roses adoption donation is $550 which helps to cover the spay, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), heart worm test, heart worm prevention, flea/tick prevention, vet examination, certificate of health and transportation fee.

Rose lives with a foster family in Tennessee. She will travel to her new family once adopted. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and an every other week transport to Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, and Minneapolis.

Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
