Cooper's Story...
Someone left me with some blankets and towels at an apartment complex doggie area and a kind young lady who works at a vet clinic picked me up and took me there to be neutered, vaccinated and chipped so I would be available for a new home and family of my own. It took a couple of months because I was a puppy and needed all the puppy vaccines. I am a very good, sweet, smart, playful, sociable, lovable boy. I love to go on car rides and meet all people. I know so many good behaviors but I still have puppy energy too. I love to play soccer, fetch and tug. I would love to have someone to play with and a yard to run in because I am a lab mix and we love to run. Please fill out an application so we can meet and see if you want to take me home. I'm an excellent dog and would be a good friend to all plus everyone tells me I'm adorable and cute too.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Houston Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Houston, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
