My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello everyone! My name is Bleu. Yes, it's spelled like the cheese. :)

My friends think that I am Shih Tzu. I am a spayed female, probably around 2 1/2 years old. I weigh approximately 12 pounds. I'm the perfect travel-size pup! I have already been microchipped and have had all my vaccines. I'm ready to step through the door of my new home.

If you are looking for a super easy-going dog then you have definitely found her! I also happen to be the sweetest dog on the planet. Seriously, I am! I get along well with everybody I meet - dogs and people alike. I am a huge lapdog, too, so I hope you like dogs like that. I just can't wait to have a lap of my own!

When CageFree found me at the pound, I had a fractured pelvis. Nobody knows exactly how it happened, but most likely I was hit by car. Since I was picked up off the streets by Animal Control, there is no one to ask about the accident. Not to worry, though, I didn't need surgery or anything like that. I was just placed on activity restriction for a while and now I'm good to go! I'm thrilled that the whole ordeal is behind me and I've fully recovered from my injury. Now I spend my days playing with other pups and enjoying lots of love from my human friends.
