My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

IDSGR Welcomes Gypsy Girl into the safety of the rescue!
Gypsy Girl s a spayed, female German Shepherd mix who is black and tan with a white chest. She is approximately 1 & 1/2 - 2 yrs. old and weighs 65 lbs. Gypsy Girl was picked up as a stray and was on the euthanasia list at a high kill animal shelter in South Carolina when IDGSR stepped in and saved her. She arrived at her foster home as a skinny girl who did not know what toys were or how to play. She is now at a healthy weight and loves playing with rope toys, Kongs and her foster family's male black lab. One of her favorite things to do is lay in the water in the baby pool and splash around and play. She tolerates her foster family's cat and doesn't bark at him or try to chase him. Gypsy Girl loves kids and is very gentle with them. She absolutely adores her foster family's grandchildren (ages 4 & 7) and gives kisses when they give her belly rubs. Gypsy Girl is a wonderful dog with so much love to give and is ready to start a new chapter in her life with a family of her own.

If you would like to make Gypsy Girl a part of your family, please copy the link and fill out an application.
