My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi guys! I’m so excited to finally be on the BREW website! I’ve had to wait months and months until my puppies and I were finally healthy enough to join the BREW Crew. Let me tell you my story: It all started when I was rescued from a shelter in Ohio. I had just given birth to my puppies, and we were all terribly sick and dirty. My new foster mom was really worried that none of us would make it another week, but she gave it her best shot anyway. I lost some of my puppies to illness, but I’m grateful that the ones that did make it through that very tough trial are now healthy and happy.

In addition to being super sick and underweight, I wasn’t too sure how to interact with the other dogs in my foster mom’s pack. You see, I had never been an inside dog before. But I got over that pretty quickly! Now my foster mom calls me the “beagle ambassador”- that’s a pretty fancy title for such a simple dog! I love to play with all my foster mom’s beagles: the young, the old, the cranky, the crazy. I just somehow know what level of play and attention everybody needs to be happy!

I’ve also learned other “inside” skills like crate training. I’m mostly potty trained, but sometimes I forget… like when it’s raining. I’m not perfect though (but mostly- IMHO!). For instance, my foster mom thinks is totally unacceptable for me to stand on the table. I don’t really understand this rule yet. I think that if I can stand on the floor, I should be able to stand on the table. I mean, the floors are made out of wood and so is the table. I guess I’ll have to work harder to understand this rule!

Anyway, what I’m trying to get across here is that you should adopt me. I’m sweet, playful, friendly, and endearing. We could make a great family! Just think about it for a while! You’ll eventually come to your senses and adopt me! I know it!
