My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Baxter is a spaniel mix who came from a pound where 99% of the dogs are euthnanized BY BEING SHOT! The pound doesn't even try to get the dogs adopted, but a volunteer fell in love with Baxter and helped him get safely to rescue. Baxter is a very friendly, happy, easy-going boy who loves everyone he meets. He is about 1-2 years old and weighs only 25 pounds. His coat is silky and wavy and only a single coat so he won't do a lot of shedding. Baxter is house trained, crate trained and walks well on a leash. He is great with kids and dogs, and doesn't seem to bother the cats. He is neutered, up to date on shots and worming, heartworm negative and on prevention, and microchipped. His adoption fee of $250 through his non profit 501c3 foster based rescue covers his verified vet care.
