Zeus's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Zeus's Story...
Zeus is a VERY smart dog. He's been through a lot. He's healthy, happy and needs a very particular owner. ONE owner. No room mates, no couples, he can only seem to attach to one person. He's house broken and a very good house mate. Loyal to the core. Fine with cats and often other dogs, but as far as human's go, he's a one person dog and would be best in a home, with land to run on, with someone who is home often. He doesn't mind the crate but he's so good in the house there is little reason to crate him unless you have company inside the house. We need a foster for him in the mean time. If you are a more solitary person looking for the best companion on the planet, Zeus is a amazing individual.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zeus, a Ypsilanti Australian Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Ypsilanti, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Ypsilanti.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ypsilanti already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ypsilanti breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ypsilanti paves the way for another one to be saved.
