Bojangles's Story...
Hello my name is Bojangles...Bo for short. I am a one year old terrier mix that was transferred from North Carolina because I was on the euthanasia list. I was only on the list because of overpopulation in NC and I'm actually a wonderful dog! I get along with most everyone I meet, but not everyone can handle my energy since I am large but still puppy-like. I only just turned 1 year old so I have plenty of learning time left, but I need someone who is willing to teach me new things. I am fairly energetic for cats, so if you have felines in your home I would need training with that, but I am teachable. If you think you could be the one for me fill out an application at www.al-van.org!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bojangles, a South Haven Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in South Haven, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in South Haven.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in South Haven already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a South Haven breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in South Haven paves the way for another one to be saved.
