Frank's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Hello, ladies and gentlemen! My name is Frank! My foster mom says it's something about my ol' blue eyes, but I guess I'm too little to get it. Anyway, my brother Sammy and I were wondering what was gonna happen to us, when RCHS stepped in. Things have been looking up ever since! I've been FIV/FELV tested, neutered, vaccinated & microchipped. If you think I'm handsome, please contact Karen at k.pacey@sbcglobal.net or call 314-638-5128. I'll be at South St. Louis County Petsmart on Lemay Ferry on Saturdays & Sundays looking for a home, too! My adoption fee is $125, but if you adopt me with a buddy (we kittens like that) we're 2 for $200!

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frank, a Sparta Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Sparta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Sparta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sparta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sparta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sparta paves the way for another one to be saved.
