Odie's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

On a late Sunday night, we received a frantic phone call.   A young couple were being evicted, and they had a mama dog, with seven, three day old puppies.   Of course we didn't have room for them, but we hurriedly scrambled, and managed to make room, on one side of the garage, complete with whelping box, bedding, and a heat lamp.   The time has passed quickly, and now seven beautiful puppies, of mixed origin, are ready for their forever homes.  They will not suffer the same fate as mom, who was chained up outside.   She will be ready for her home in just a few weeks.
Odie is a sweet, typical puppy, who is happiest when he is playing with littermates, or the newest toy.   He has a great personality, and with proper direction, as he grows, he will be a well mannered companion, for some deserving family.   He has been neutered, has had two puppy vaccinations, and is micro-chipped.   If you would love to give him his forever home, contact colliegal45@socket.net or call 573-756-2237

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Odie, a Sparta Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Sparta, or seeking a Beagle puppy from a breeder in Sparta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sparta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sparta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sparta paves the way for another one to be saved.
