Nicky's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Nicky's litter was rescued from the pound.   Unfortunately, due to poor living conditions, while there, one died before it could be rescued, and another lived for five days.    The other three have recovered, and are now thriving.   They are full of puppy energy, and puppy play.    Nicky has been neutered, wormed, vaccinated, and he is micro-chipped.   He is ready for her forever home, and LOVES to cuddle.    If you are interested in sweet, little Nicky, contact colliegal45@socket.net or call 573-756-2237

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nicky, a Sparta Chihuahua/Cocker Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Cocker Spaniel for sale in Sparta, or seeking a Chihuahua/Cocker Spaniel puppy from a breeder in Sparta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sparta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sparta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Chihuahua/Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sparta paves the way for another one to be saved.
