Maggie's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Maggie came to us from a rural county. Her owners thought she was awfully cute when she was eight weeks old, but then they realized since they already had two dogs, they really couldn't afford to keep her. Maggie is not only a beautiful young girl, she is housebroken as long as she is taken out every couple of hours. She loved to play with the other dogs, and misses them. She would love to have her forever home, and maybe another dog to play with. Maggie has been spayed, vaccinated, and she is micro-chipped. If you would like to give Maggie the home she is longing for, contact colliegal45@socket.net or call 573-756-2237 , to see if she is a good fit for your family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie, a Sparta Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Sparta, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in Sparta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sparta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sparta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sparta paves the way for another one to be saved.
