Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Chewy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Chewy's Story...
Chewy is a super smart, super happy and energetic 40 lb scruffy Terrier/Boxer mix! He gets along great with other dogs, especially those who will chase and wrestle and keep up with him. We are looking for a home with another dog and hopefully a fenced yard for him to get his playful energy out in. He is crate-trained and housebroken, but would not do well left alone all day-- he will get bored! He like to keep busy and would be a great family dog for an active family with kids over age 5. He is very friendly and such a great size too.

Adoption fee is $300. Email for an application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chewy, a Brooklyn Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer dog from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
