I was on the streets of Montreal this winter begging any person to take me in from the cold. Finally a volunteer from CAA did. I was severely matted, absolutely filthy and in a terrible state. I was named Mattilda or Matty for short.
It was discovered that I had a loose bowel meaning sometimes I do not know when I am pooping so little poos come out every now and again. It has gotten so much better since I have been on a special diet and since I am on daily Prednisone I no longer have any issues. I use my litter box normally
I hope that there is a family out there who can look past this and love me for the pretty lady I am
I assume this is why my family gave up on me and dumped me out on the streets for someone else to care for instead of taking me to the vet to address the problem… thankfully CAA is helping me now
I get along with the dogs and cats in the house. No issues, I even enjoy sharing the common water bowl with everyone. I can be a little shy with strangers, but warm up to them given a little time. I follow my foster mama everywhere wanting to be petted & am the first to jump up on her lap whenever she sits down looking for gentle sweet pets and love
I am really a very sweet cat that loves attention.
