Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Adele was found as a stray and ended up at an extreme high kill shelter. She had hair missing around her back end and we thought it was a flea allergy and treated her for it. We have had her since the end of January and it has been very slowly coming back. It is no where near as bad as it was but she still has hair loss. We have done everything from fish oil, food is nothing but fish, supplements and baths in special shampoo. We got blood work done on her and there is nothing wrong with her. We do have her on thyroid meds hoping this would help her hair grow quicker. She is the sweetest and most loyal dog you will find. If you can get past the hair loss she has and wait for a bit longer you will not be disappointed. Her personality is the best and just makes her shine. We are not sure on her age as it is so hard since she has worn down her teeth, we know labs have a habit of doing this. She does seem to take a few minutes longer than the younger dogs to get up stairs so we think she is around 5 or 6 years old. She has no white on her muzzle. She is fully vetted meaning fixed, current on all shots, heartworm negative, micro chipped and on monthly prevention. She looks to be a Pure Breed Chocolate Lab. She is about 55lbs. If you need a best friend, here she is.
