My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carpe diem! Seize the day! This is the motto that sweet Juno lives by. Take a moment and watch her video to see exactly what we mean. Juno loves to play with toys and needs another medium or large dog to really thrive. A loving human or family who is moderately active with a yard to play in would be perfect for Juno. Running a marathon isn’t on her bucket list but neither is sitting on the couch day after day. This life-loving girl enjoys getting outside to soak up the sun while letting the wind blow through her fur. Juno believes in living each wonderful day to its fullest and letting her love for humans and dogs shine through. She is a complete love bug who shows her appreciation for her human(s) with kisses and snuggles and she is quick to bond... Especially if you have a treat! If your bucket list includes adopting a spectacular, beautiful German Shepherd, rescue dog with a fun loving heart, Juno is your girl!
Juno is crate trained, potty trained, excellent on leash, loves car rides and giving kisses. She’s pretty much the best of everything!
If you're interested in adopting this pet please fill out our matchmaking questionnaire (www.rescuefromthehart.org). We are volunteer based and will do our best to get back to you within 72 hours. Please do not call as our phone is intended for emergencies only. If we feel that one of our dogs is a good match we will set up a private meet and greet We do not have a physical location where you can come and meet all the dogs at once, so meet and greets may take a little time to coordinate. Our requested adoption donation is $300 and all adopters are required to fill out an adoption agreement.
