Boomer's Story...
This is Boomer, in one of the pictures his twin brother Bizzy is behind him. Together these two make a fantastic pair. The most rambunctious of the litter, Boomer loves to wrestle, climb, run and play with all his toys. Boomer will sit on the swiffer and ride it around whenever I clean. He is an adventurer but also loves to be where I am. He sits at my feet every morning and wrestles with my slippers while I get ready. If I hear the patter of tiny kitty feet sprinting through my home, I can guarantee it's Boomer or Bizzy. He was born March 22nd and will be ready to go into his home in mid-late May.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boomer, a Los Angeles Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
