My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Zoey and I am a female Yorkshire Terrier approximately 2 years old and I weigh about 5.8lbs. Zoey is very friendly and so laid back about being handled she is chill about having her nails clipped, her eyes cleaned and getting a bath. She’s a total love bug who shows so much excitement and enthusiasm when she sees people and she loves to give kisses. She loves belly rubs and to cuddle. She gets along well with cats and all dogs. She loves to play with other dogs, so a home with another dog would be great so she can play. She doesn’t bark, very quiet. She loves to hide underneath blankets and sleep during the day. She loves walks and when she is outside, she likes to go potty a couple of times so she needs time. She is perfectly house trained. Zoey does not have separation anxiety and is fine about spending time by herself and play with toys. She’s a wonderful and loving girl who would be so excited to find her forever home. She deserves a home with lots of love and attention!

Zoey was dumped at a high kill shelter with pyometra, she has recovered fully, is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, had a dental and labs. Zoey only has one eye. That is how she came to us.
