Benny's Story...
Benny is a handsome gentleman who just wants to be with the one who loves him the most. He is a quiet fella who - so far - hasn't barked or whined. He might look like a stuffed animal, but underneath that beautiful curly coat is a skinny boy who needs some TLC. Benny is a mere 8 pounds and needs to put a few more on. He is up-to-date on shots and has just been neutered and had a dental. Because several teeth had to be removed, he will need a soft diet. Benny loves to cuddle and is very generous with his kisses. Benny lives with other animals and is a perfect gentleman. If you have room in your heart, this little 10 year old apricot poodle would like to curl up there and love you back!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Benny, a Wilmington Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Wilmington, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Wilmington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wilmington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wilmington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wilmington paves the way for another one to be saved.
