Jojo and Bella's Story...
Jojo and Bella are two front declawed kitties in need of a good home. Their owner passed away and they are being cared for by their "aunt" who is allergic and cannot keep them. Jojo is a neutered solid black male, 14 years young, who is very quiet, but loving. Jojo never meows, just purrs quietly when he's happy. He loves to be petted and held. Bella is a 12 year old spayed female tabby. Bella is the more vocal of the two and she also enjoys being petted for as long as you are willing. These kitties have great personalities and have no health issues.

This is a courtesy posting - these cats are not at the shelter. Please contact Lisa at GABRISHL@YAHOO.COM if you are interested in welcoming Jojo and/or Bella into your home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jojo and Bella, a New Kensington Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in New Kensington, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in New Kensington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Kensington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Kensington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Kensington paves the way for another one to be saved.
