A SWEET NATURED GIRL: 10 years old / 29 lbs. Meet me Saturdays at 1 of our 2 Kennesaw locations from 11-4pm. Check for my location at www.mostlymutts.org after 5pm on Fridays. I'm a gentle girl who is calm in my foster home and quite comfortable with other dogs, cats and children. My foster mom says that I'm polite and don't ask for much, but that I absolutely LOVE neck scratches! I walk well on a leash and enjoy short walks, love car rides and am well past the age of chewing on things. I've also been very quiet and laid back in my foster home taking lots of naps on my comfy doggie bed. It's great getting to live in a foster home while I wait for my new family to adopt me, as shelter life was really hard for me and I didn't like it at all. The folks were super nice, but I was so lonely in my room that I barked a lot. In my foster home, I have good potty manners and will look at you to let you know I need to go outside. Please don't leave me unattended in a yard though as at animal control, I climbed the fences in no time. I just like being with people and need to be in a home where there is someone around a lot, so I don’t have too much separation anxiety. A stay or work from home family member would be perfect! I’ve just started a medication to help me when my family is away as my foster mom does work outside the home. I know that there’s a great family out there that will treasure me like my foster mom does. We tried to have my teeth cleaned, but I did not do well with the anesthesia, so perhaps you could use one of the dental sprays or gels for me. I eat my kibble with some hot water to soften it and some canned food mixed in. Yummy! Energy level: 4 - 6. I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. My adoption fee has been waived and Mostly Mutts is asking for a minimum $100.00 donation for me and that you provide me with a fantastic forever home.
