Baloo, (or the Golden sausage as we have nicknamed him) is the lovable, funny, best friend you have been looking for and he is the most chill dog you will ever meet! He is so relaxed and never makes a peep. He's the kind of dog who just wants to sit and binge watch your favorite show with you all day. He's also very loving. Every time you just look at him he wiggles with excitement! It will make your heart melt when you see how loving he is and you'll get a kick out of his happy dance! But as much as he enjoys his belly rubs and chill sessions he loves to go for walks! He walks really well on the leash, only tugging sometimes when hes found a really good smell he likes. He can't walk upstairs though but it's the funniest thing when his foster mom carries him up her stairs! He wags his tail the whole time and makes the cutest faces. He's a little chubby and that's ok because that's just more Baloo to cuddle. He is housebroken but sometimes he can't hold it very long so it's best to either go for frequent walks or for him to have easy access to the backyard. Baloo is waiting for you and will greet you with love and wiggles, so what are you waiting for, take your best friend home today!

About San Antonio R.O.C.K.S.

About Our Rescue Group...

San Antonio ROCKS is a non-profit organization that was created to bring awareness to our cities homeless animal situation. Our organization is run by a group of committed volunteers who are dedicated to helping San Antonio become a no-kill city.
More than a rescue, SAROCKS is focused on bringing awareness and alternatives to kill shelters by implementing community programs that educate the public about our homless stray population.
Founded in late 2012, a collective group of individuals came together after spending countless days and sleepless nights pleading for the city's homeless pets, only to find that most of the efforts were in vain. Many animals remain homeless in our city and continue to be euthanized daily because there is no place for them to go. Our organization not only focuses on our current pet crisis by offering foster and adoption programs, but also focuses on the education of our young generation, so that they will be able to continue our efforts into making our city a no-kill city.
