Matye's Story...
In honor of Prince's passing we named these sweet babies after Prince and the significant women in his life. These babies are what we call a "Backyard Litter" Most people down south do not spay or neuter their pets They get pregnant and then give birth out back. Luckily we intervened and got the babies out of their and convinced the owner to spay the mama dog. They were born on March 9, 2016. The mama dog is a small St Bernard mix and we think papa may have been a Shepherd mix Adoption fee is $500

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Matye, a Newark Shepherd (Unknown Type)/St. Bernard puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/St. Bernard for sale in Newark, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/St. Bernard puppy from a breeder in Newark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/St. Bernard breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newark paves the way for another one to be saved.
