Just like his namesake, Deputy Dewey may live in a cruel and scary world, but at the end of the day it hasn’t dimmed his spirit or loveable personality one bit. This doofy lap kitty only wants your love - it’s truly remarkable that this sweet guy ever ended up outside on the streets. Luckily, he was found by a good samaritan and brought to Tree House, where we were able to put him with a foster parent until space opened up. Deputy Dewey has a lot of opinions, but most of all his favorite pastime is weaving between your legs as you walk and hopping onto any momentarily vacated lap. Overall, due to his rather greedy enjoyment of attention, this guy would probably enjoy to be the only cat in the home. Head’s up though, he can get a little overstimulated - it is, afterall, exciting to get so much attention! Although, if a second cat can respect that the lap is always his, then he may be able to co-exist with the right animal companion.
